  Write and release. Take a piece of paper and jot down that persistent thought. Next, erase it, scratch it out, burn it, whatever feels better. The symbolic gesture just might work. A rolling stone gathers no moss. So if I just go on writing, and you don't understand, then it is of no use of me writing about depression supplements!
